The apartment lobby serves as a primary circulation area as well as a gathering place for residents and visitors alike ,”Your lobby is your front door – it's the First and last impression for the Apartment owners, tenants and their Visitors ".Much like a professional wardrobe, a lobby is a personal reflection of your business philosophy. Basic Apartment amenities are an expectation no matter which type of apartment you live in. The biggest challenge was introducing modern life safety requirements needed for the lobby, such as a fire control panel, cameras, and a security desk .We wanted to disguise those elements without sacrificing functionality, which we truly believe we achieved .
The 2000sqft, lobby now welcomes Residents with an inviting lounge, pristine staircase, and gracious natural light. Coves have been constructed along the sides of this area. An indentation is created in the wall directly in front of the entry to serve as a point of interest. The entire South-facing front facade is flanked by 13’ high bays of low-e insulating glass, with Teak wood Door & Frames with polished finishing.. Walls are finished in textured IVORY COLOR with specular marble tiled floors. This space provides a waiting area for residents or visitors to converse and relax. The seating area is surrounded on two sides by glazing adjacent to the exterior sidewalks Walls are similar to the circulation area of the Primary furnishings include small coffee tables, chairs, and couches for lounging. With security desk & reception counter to greet the residents & their visitors
One can getting home from work, walking through the welcoming feel of a hotel lobby, then heading for a relaxing, after-work read– all of this while under the roof of your own apartment building.
