Gearing up for possession - HM Indigo 3.0 (Lavender Block)
Towards the end of the construction phase there
will be a point when the client can take possession of the project, this is
generally referred to as the practical completion of handover for possession.
It is not possible to completely finish every task at a prescribed point and
there will be outstanding items to be done. Nevertheless, these outstanding
items do not stop the client taking possession of the building. This is a very
critical stage of project as there are multiple issues to be handled not only
from builder’s perspective but also from customer’s perspective.
Lavender Block, Phase-2 from HM World City Project,
is in the phase of gearing up for possession. The project is located at J.P
Nagar, 9th Phase, Kanakapura Road. The nearest landmark is
METRO Cash and Carry on Kanakapura Road.
Lavender is yet another project in HM World

Client preparations for occupying the new facility
should enable them to move the project from the regime of a building site to an
occupied working facility. There will be lots of glitches and additional work
which needs to be defined, costed, tendered and the contract let with
reasonable period for mobilization so that it can commence functioning as it is
handed over. The possession would have happened as planned, however, due to
certain unavoidable project glitches it took us a while to struggle all the
odds out and finally make the project ready for possession. We were really
hanging with no clarity but now with every sequence of work being monitored we
have come back with full force and are planning for possession soon as we are
giving it final touch ups to be completely ready. We really hope to see smiles
back on our customer’s faces.
We do understand that the happiest moment during
property purchase is when a buyer receives the consent from the builder to go
ahead on his possession of property. Currently, we have initiated the flat
handover and the entire team is geared up for helping the customers so that
there are absolutely no issues on getting his interiors done. Every possible
check is done to ensure that the customer does not have any issues irrespective
of all odds which can be anticipated at this moment. We just hope to support
our customers to the best and expect equal co-operation from their end to make
this phase work better.
