We vouch that every customer shall experience the state of being safe at HM Grandeur, considering every assurance that is being given paramount importance to ensure safety standards being met.

1.       Entrance- Main gate entrance has centrally located and Elevated security-cabin with 360 view and equipped with all modern-gadgets to provide 100% safety against any intruders.

2.       Both the basements are designed to have good amount of natural sunlight and basement has been fixed with Colum indicators and parking lights, the ramps running in and out of the basement have been laid with anti-skid pavers.

3.       CCTV surveillance round the clock in all common areas and around the periphery of the project ensures that the project is managed with highest levels of security.

4.       HM Grandeur all windows are installed with grills and the balcony parapets wall is 4.5ft against the normal trend of 3 feet.

5.       As per norms of government of Karnataka we have taken all the safety and security measures like lift can accommodate a stretcher, fire equipment, helipad for emergency evacuation.

6.       Fire safety standards have been given utmost importance to ensure that the state of art requisites of high rise buildings have been met with no compromise.

7.       Though the podium level is higher than the ground level of the road, all the boundary walls are of 8ft height. Designing of the project is done in a manner that every corner is sufficiently list and ventilated to ensure no dark nooks and corners.
